Terms and Conditions

By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You can make purchases in our online store via PayPal Checkout or you can call us at (773) 655-9864. We will process your order as soon as we receive your order summary.

We will send out your items once your payment has been accepted by PayPal. PayPal will notify you about your successful payment transaction.

A tax rate of 9.75% will be applied to every item.

Currently we only ship within the U.S.  Shipping & Handling is $5.95 per order up to 10 items, > 10 items $7.95. We use Standard Shipping. Delivery time is 3 - 5 business days.

We are processing all orders carefully, but there is still a slight chance of damages in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged, please inform us immediately and we will send a replacement upon approval.

If you wish to recall your order, please email to sales@bt-music.com or call us at (773) 655-9864 or send the items back to BT Music Inc., 2303 W. Montrose Ave., Chicago, IL 60618 within 2 weeks of receipt at your expenses. Only sealed items can be returned.
